As pessoas estão apostando ~literalmente~ que Meghan Markle está grávida

Será que a Duquesa de Sussex e o Príncipe Harry estão esperando o segundo filho?

Os rumores em torno da família real nunca param. E, recentemente, um em especial anda ganhando muita força… O de que Meghan Markle e Príncipe Harry estariam esperando o segundo filho. As casas de aposta do Reino Unido estão bombando com apostadores que têm certeza de que o casal real anunciará um novo bebê antes do final de 2019.

As jogadas sobre uma provável gravidez cresceram tanto que as chances das pessoas que apostaram no segundo bebê do casal ganharem um bom dinheiro está baixíssima, tamanha a quantidade de apostas que rolaram sobre o tema nas últimas semanas. Vale lembrar que o primeiro filho de Meghan e Harry, Archie, nasceu em maio deste ano.

O curioso é que grande parte das pessoas que acreditam que a duquesa está grávida, citam as últimas escolhas fashion dela como indício. Recentemente, a imprensa britânica chamou a atenção para o fato de Meghan estar usando novamente suas roupas de gestante.

This evening, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the annual #WellChildAwards in London. WellChild aims to ensure every child and young person living with serious health needs has the best chance to thrive with the support and medical care needed in the comfort of their own home. The Duke of Sussex became Patron of WellChild in 2007, and last year both The Duke and Duchess attended the awards to honour the children and families that WellChild supports. The Duke, who first came to these awards over a decade ago, shared in his remarks tonight: “Last year when my wife and I attended we knew we were expecting our first child – no one else did at the time, but we did – and I remember squeezing Meghan’s hand so tightly during the awards, both of us thinking what it would be like to be parents one day, and more so, what it would be like to do everything we could to protect and help our child should they be born with immediate challenges or become unwell over time. Em viagens recentes, a duquesa apostou em um vestido de modelagem camisa que foi usado por ela pela primeira vez quando ela estava com três meses de gestação. Na mesma excursão, ela também vestiu novamente um vestido longo com listras adquirido por ela durante a gravidez. Na última semana, Meghan voltou a circular por Londres com uma produção de quando ela estava com cinco meses de gravidez.

This morning, The Duchess of Sussex went back to college! Joining students and educators at The University of Johannesburg The Duchess was able to announce a new series of gender grants from the Association of Commonwealth Universities, of which she is patron. She was also able to announce four new scholarships to help students study in different commonwealth countries, allowing cross cultural understanding and an opportunity to deepen their educational studies abroad. One of the recipients of these grants shared his story of growing up on farmland in Kenya, where he paid for his education trading vegetables to cover schooling costs (cauliflower leaves to be exact!) He is now doing a research study on carcinogens in his country, its link to cancer – his work is helping to change practices and to save lives. The Duchess was so moved by the work being done across the education sector and to talk with such like-minded thinkers about the importance of access to education and the support needed internally. When the round table discussion this morning moved to the challenges faced in this sector and how daunting it can all seem, The Duchess said, “Sometimes access to education can seem so big, you wonder where to even begin? So you begin with one student, or one school, you simply begin. And that’s when we see change.” She continued by referencing a Martin Luther King Jr quote: “Take the first step… you don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” Since @the_acu_official Gender Grants were launch in 2016, 28 universities in 17 countries have benefited with a minimum of 600 beneficiaries participating in workshops supported by the grants. #RoyalVisitSouthAfrica Photo ©️ PA images
